This year is the 20th anniversary of Edinburgh Children's Hospital Charity (previously The Sick Kids Friends Foundation). This is the charity which raises funds and supports the Royal Hospital for Sick Children, the charity & hospital which Jack has been fundraising for.
This week sees the Sick Kids Friends Foundation Heroes of the Hospital 20th Anniversary Awards. The awards highlight just how many special patients, parents, staff, volunteers and supporters there has been at the Hospital and in the Community, over the last 20 years.
Jack is to be presented with a Special Recognition Award in light of his fundraising over the last few years.
Since Jack is unable to make the Awards Ceremony & Lunch, he has made a little video which hopefully gets played on the day. If not, here it is now!
